Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy – Suzkay Love Connect

At Suzkay Love Connect, we are committed to delivering personalized, high-touch services such as matchmaking, relationship consulting, mental wellness support, coaching, retreat planning, and business proposal development. Every service we offer requires a deep understanding of our clients' needs, goals, and preferences, which involves time, energy, and emotional commitment from the very beginning.

All our services are initiated only after a detailed consultation and mutual agreement on scope, objectives, and deliverables. This ensures clarity for both parties and eliminates misunderstandings or disputes during the service journey.

No Refund Policy

Once a service is confirmed and payment is received, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to:

  • Matchmaking & Coaching Services
  • Marriage & Singles Counseling
  • Vacation & Retreat Consulting
  • Mental Wellness Support
  • Parent–Teen Guidance
  • Elderly Companionship Coordination
  • Business Development & Proposal Writing

Because each service is uniquely tailored and progress often begins immediately after confirmation, we are unable to reverse work already initiated or completed.

Cancellation Terms

If a client chooses to cancel a scheduled service or retreat after confirmation, all fees paid are non-refundable. Additional charges may apply for any work completed beyond the initial payment.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution (e.g., PayPal, bank, or credit card company), all services will be immediately suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (to cover fees passed on to us) plus any outstanding balances must be paid in full before services are resumed.

Filing a chargeback for a valid charge is considered fraudulent and will not be tolerated. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.

Client Responsibility

Once confirmation is received, our team begins work promptly. If the client withdraws after giving confirmation, any payments made are non-refundable. We maintain open communication and ensure full client understanding before starting any service.
